  • Patent number: 11916341
Abstract: An electrical connector includes wafer assemblies coupled to a housing. Each wafer assembly includes a leadframe, a wafer body holding the leadframe, and a ground frame coupled to the wafer body to provide electrical shielding for the leadframe. Each leadframe has signal contacts with mating ends extending from the wafer body for mating with mating signal contacts of a mating electrical connector. The mating ends are twisted 45° to define twisted mating interfaces. Each ground frame has ground shields extending from a ground plate along the mating ends of the signal contacts. The ground shields are twisted 45° relative to the ground plate to define twisted shield zones along the mating ends of the signal contacts.

  • Patent number: 10233625
Abstract: A battery-operated motion sensor controlled toilet tank air filter including a pair of exhaust housing bodies and an attachment bracket to hang the exhaust housing bodies from the upper sides of a toilet tank and to house a centrally disposed motion sensor, which upon detection of motion, activates a single transmitter operationally communicating therewith. The transmitter then activates a motor disposed within each housing body to operate a respective fan, which directs airflow drawn in through a respective louvered air inlet port through a pair of compartments containing an activated charcoal air filter and a scented air filter therein, and subsequently out through an air exhaust port to provide clean and scented air in the bathroom.

  • Publication number: 20070069558
Abstract: The specification discloses a modular transportation seating assembly that includes a support frame and seats mounted on the frame. The frame includes a seat beam and a cantilever beam. The cantilever beam includes a body and a connector inserted into the body and held together by compressive force. The body has an end defining a plurality of receivers, and the connector includes a plurality of lugs each received within one of said receivers. The seat beam includes a body, a tee nut slidably received within the body, a second connector outside the body, and a fastener intersecuring the two connectors to retain them in position along the length of the body. A single fastener intersecures the connectors on the seat beam and the cantilever beam. The seat includes a flange hooked about the back edge of the seat beam and one or more fasteners connecting the seat to the forward edge of the seat beam.

  • Publication number: 20050259070
Abstract: A multi-positional, multi-level user interface system including a keyboard hinged over a base surface for a pointing device such as a mouse. The keyboard and base rotate relative to each other about a hinge axis to reveal the surface, providing a portable keyboard and pointing surface. A kickstand can support the keyboard above the base while in an open position. The keyboard and pointing device can be used with two hands with the system resting in a user's lap. The keyboard can also swivel about an axis other than the hinge axis. The keyboard can swivel 180 degrees for left-handed use, and can be positioned at other detent angles. A mouse can also be stowed on the base with a magnetic, friction, or other coupling. The interface system can further act as a communication hub for other peripheral devices, such as a joystick, to communicate with a computing device.

  • Publication number: 20050227514
Abstract: Electrical receptacle connectors are provided including an insulative housing and AC power contacts disposed therein that are configured for engaging an external power supply. The receptacle connectors are employed with a safety guard for restricting operator access to hot AC power contacts when disconnected from complementary header connectors. Preferred safety guards include projections extending along at least a portion of perimeter areas surrounding housing apertures that provide access to engaging portions of the AC power contacts. The projections define a safety gap between human digits directed toward the housing apertures and the AC power contacts.
