Abstract: Improved fastener guide devices are disclosed for installing and removing fasteners comprising a moveable cover configured to guide the fastener during operation. Devices in accordance with the disclosure further comprise a magnetic element configured to stabilize the position of the cover. In an aspect, the magnetic element stabilizes the position of the cover, retains a fastener driver, and retains a fastener engaged with the fastener guide device. In another aspect, the fastener guide device is configured to manipulate oversized screws, such as a cement board screw.

Abstract: Quantitatively improving a financial evaluation is disclosed. A plurality of factor scores based on a plurality of factors is determined. A total score is calculated based on the plurality of factor scores. A plurality of actions is identified that will influence at least a portion of the plurality of factor scores. The actions are ranked based on their total impact on the plurality of factor scores. A most important action of the plurality of actions to improve the total score is determined.
