  • Patent number: 11956597
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for audio synchronization for hearing devices. An audio packet is received from a host device at a first hearing device configured to be worn in a first ear of a wearer, the audio packet compatible with a wireless low energy digital communication protocol, and the audio packet is received from the host device at a second hearing device configured to be worn in a second ear of the wearer. Upon one or more programmable conditions, a synchronization packet is sent from the first hearing device to the second hearing device. An acknowledgment packet is sent from the second hearing device to the first hearing device upon receipt of the synchronization packet, and a first transducer at the first hearing device and a second transducer at the second hearing device are unmuted to deliver synchronized audio to the first ear and to the second ear.

  • Publication number: 20240110336
Abstract: Sanitary tissue products of the present disclosure may comprise a ply consisting of a first layer and/or a second layer. At least one of the first and second layers may comprise from about 55% to about 95% non-wood fibers. Sanitary tissue products of the present disclosure may comprise non-wood fibers and a ply comprising a first layer and a second layer. The first layer may be a consumer-facing layer, wherein the consumer-facing layer may have a consumer-facing side, wherein the consumer-facing side may comprise a plurality of pillows. Sanitary tissue products of the present disclosure may comprise non-wood fibers and may have a lint value greater than about 6.

  • Patent number: 11857856
Abstract: A backstop for placement around a goal to stop sport projectiles from traveling beyond the outer edge of the goal, the backstop includes a material implement having a goal acceptance aperture located substantially central to the bottom edge and extending towards the top edge. The backstop includes an attachment mechanism that secures the material implement to the goal. The backstop further includes at least one bracket that is operable to attach to the goal frame. A support structure extends from the at least one bracket and is operable to support the material implement to extend beyond the outer edge of the goal.

  • Patent number: 11802440
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to devices that include a perovskite, where, when a first condition is met, at least a portion of the perovskite is in a first phase that substantially transmits light, when a second condition is met, at least a portion of the perovskite is in a second phase that substantially absorbs light, and the perovskite is reversibly switchable between the first phase and the second phase by reversibly switching between the first condition and the second condition.

  • Publication number: 20230264970
Abstract: Compositions comprise a perovskite and a non-perovskite. Perovskites comprise AxA?yA?(1?x?y)BX3, and non-perovskites may comprise A?, B and X, where A is a first cation, A? is a second cation, A? is a third cation, B is a fourth cation, X is an anion. In some instances, A, A?, and A? are each independently (NH2)2CH+, CH3NH3+, Cs+, Rb+, or (NH2)2(C?NH2)+, with the proviso that A, A?, and A? are each different. The perovskite may have a first crystal structure in which the anion is corner-sharing, the non-perovskite may have a second crystal structure comprising at least one of an orthorhombic structure, a hexagonal structure, or a perovskite-like structure, and 1?x?y may be greater than about 0.15.

  • Patent number: 11701562
Abstract: An in-goal ball return device, the ball return device is a material implement having a front edge, side edges, and a rear edge. The device is configured for attachment within a goal, the goal having a supporting net mesh. The device has a plurality of closed loops disposed along the rear edge and side edges. The device includes a lacing cord for threading through any number of the closed loops and the net to secure the material implement to the net mesh. The device forms a continuous angled surface between the front and closed portion of the goal when attached.

  • Publication number: 20220151783
Abstract: Mitral valve prolapse and mitral regurgitation can be treating by implanting in the mitral annulus a transvalvular intraannular band. The band has a first end, a first anchoring portion located proximate the first end, a second end, a second anchoring portion located proximate the second end, and a central portion. The central portion is positioned so that it extends transversely across a coaptive edge formed by the closure of the mitral valve leaflets. The band may be implanted via translumenal access or via thoracotomy.
