  • Patent number: 11959967
Abstract: A system is provided including a current sensor arranged to sense current drawn by an electric motor of a powered device through an AC power line from a power supply and provide current data related to the powered device; a monitoring device arranged to receive the current data from the electrical sensor, the monitoring device including a controller processing the current data to obtain performance data associated with the powered device, the performance data relating to load applied to the electric motor; a data communication device communicating with the monitoring device and arranged to receive the performance data associated with the powered device; and a computing device including a graphical user interface, the computer device receiving a user's selection of the powered device from a list of powered devices and presenting the performance data to the user via the graphical user interface in response to the user's selection.

  • Publication number: 20180089833
Abstract: A computer vision system and method for detecting and modeling features of a building in a plurality of images is provided. The system includes at least one computer system in communication with a database of aerial imagery, and computer vision system code executed by the at last one computer system which automatically detects contours and infers interior roof features of the building. The system first processes the plurality of images to identify a plurality of two-dimensional (2D) line segments in each image. Then, the system processes the plurality of 2D line segments to generate a plurality of three-dimensional (3D) line segments. The plurality of 2D line segments are then processed to detect a contour of the structure, and the contour of the structure is utilized by the system to infer interior roof lines from the structure. A model of the roof of the structure is finally generated using the detected contour and interior roof lines.

  • Publication number: 20150227645
Abstract: A system and method for generating computerized floor plans is provided. The system comprises a mobile computing device, such as a smart cellular telephone, a tablet computer, etc. having an internal digital gyroscope and camera, and an interior modeling software engine interacts with the gyroscope and camera to allow a user to quickly and conveniently take measurements of interior building features, and to create computerized floor plans of such features from any location within a space, without requiring the user to stay in a single location while taking the measurements. The system presents the user with a graphical user interface that allows a user to quickly and conveniently delineate wall corner features using a reticle displayed within the user interface. As corners are identified, the system processes the corner information and information from the gyroscope to calculate wall features and creates a floor plan of the space with high accuracy.

  • Patent number: 7328219
Abstract: A method for processing data streams from multiple data sources comprises receiving a data stream from a data source. A data template is dynamically selected, the data template comprising at least one data template region. A data region of the data stream is selected based on one of the data template regions. At least a portion of the data region is mapped to an intermediate data store based on the data template region. The mapped portion of the data region is extracted and stored in the intermediate data store.
