  • Publication number: 20120068027
Abstract: A device for holding one or more dispensing packages includes a rear wall and a pair of retaining elements. The rear wall of the holder may be selectively adjusted to vary the distance between opposing retaining elements. In one embodiment, each retaining element may include a curved portion corresponding to a curved shape of a canister style dispensing container for engaging the sidewalls of the container to support the container between the retaining elements. In another embodiment, the retaining elements may be movable in two dimensions to accommodate containers having different sizes. The retaining elements may additionally include a ramped surface that facilitates flexing of the retaining elements as a container is inserted into the holder.

  • Patent number: 8066237
Abstract: A device for holding a plurality of dispensing packages enables the packages to be independently removed and replaced. In one embodiment, the holding device includes a rear wall and a pair of sidewalls extending at an angle from said rear wall. The sidewalls each include a plurality of retaining elements, with each retaining element on one of said sidewalls being uniquely associated with a retaining element on the other sidewall. The rear wall of the holder may be selectively adjusted to vary the distance between opposing retaining elements. Each retaining element may separated from adjacent retaining elements so that each retaining element is independently flexible. Each retaining element may also include a retention hook that angles from the retaining element to hold a box behind the hook. The hook may additionally include a ramped surface that facilitates flexing of the retaining element as a box is inserted into the holder.

  • Patent number: 8015929
Abstract: A tray apparatus has a tray base assembly, a tray member and a tray articulating member. The tray base assembly includes a stop member positioned on a front surface thereof and a tray articulation coupling member. The tray member has a top surface and a bottom surface and a first and second side edge. The tray articulating member has a bracket rotatably coupled to the tray articulation coupling member of the tray base assembly, a first side region rotatably coupled to the first side edge and a second side region rotatably coupled to the second side edge. The tray member is movable between a collapsed configuration wherein the top surface of the tray member substantially abuts the front surface of the tray base assembly, and an articulated configuration wherein the top surface of the tray member substantially abuts the stop member of the tray base assembly.

  • Publication number: 20080178777
Abstract: A tray apparatus comprising a post attachment assembly, a tray base assembly, a tray member and a tray articulating member. The post attachment assembly is structurally configured to releasably couple to an outside post member. The tray base assembly is attached to the post attachment assembly. The tray base assembly includes a stop member positioned on a front surface thereof and a tray articulation coupling member. The tray member has a top surface and a bottom surface as well as a first side edge and a second side edge. The tray articulating member has a bracket rotatably coupled to the tray articulation coupling member of the tray base assembly, a first side region rotatably coupled to the first side edge and a second side region rotatably coupled to the second side edge.

  • Patent number: 5582787
Abstract: A wrist support (10) and method for constructing the wrist support is described. The wrist support includes a base (12) with a cushion layer (14) mounted on the top surface (12A) and an outer covering (16) surrounding the base and cushion layer. The bottom surface (12B) of the base has an adhesive (13) which is protected by a release paper (15). The release paper is removed in order to secure the ends (16A) of the outer covering to the base. The wrist support is constructed from a sheet of base material (36) and a sheet of cushion material (38) which are cut into a wrist support preform (26) in a mold (20). The sheets are inserted between a first half (22) and a second half (32) of the mold with the base adjacent the second half of the mold. The first half of the mold is then moved downward into contact with the second half which causes the second half to also move downward and which enables the plunger (34) of the second half to extend into the indentation (24) of the first half.

  • Patent number: 5486391
Abstract: A panel (10) for use as a space divider (100) or to be attached to furniture (102) is described. The panel has a molded polystyrene beads (STYROFOAM.TM.) bead board core (12) encased in a plastic film layer (14) which stabilizes the panel and allows the panel to be used as a tack board. A decorative outer cover (18) is provided over the core and plastic layer to increase the aesthetic quality and versatility of the panel. Support plates (26) are provided along the edges (12C) of the core underneath the plastic layer to increase the structural strength of the panel and to enable attachment of the panels to each other or to other furniture. Attachment rails (20) are provided on the outside of the panel to protect the edges of the panel and enable a connector hinge (22) to be attached to the panel for connecting two panels together.
