Pivoting the lever when the connector assembly is positioned within the rail is configured to cause the second protrusion to bear against a bottom surface of the rail, such that the first protrusion and the second protrusion frictionally engage the bottom surface of the rail and the third protrusion frictionally engages the lip to fixedly hold the connector assembly.

The spring-loaded detent is biased axially along a central axis toward a locked configuration. The second furniture component comprises a lock arrangement. The first furniture component and the second furniture component are rotatably connected about the central axis through a rotary range of motion. The lock arrangement is configured to move the spring-loaded detent from the locked configuration to an unlocked configuration during the rotary range of motion, release the spring-loaded detent from the unlocked configuration after the rotary range of motion, and prevent rotation of the spring-loaded detent in the locked configuration after the rotary range of motion.

The clamping arrangements can also include a lever comprising a camming surface, wherein the lever is pivotably coupled to the first sidewall and the second sidewall about an axis of rotation and pivotable between an unclamped position and a clamped position. The camming surface can be configured to directly engage the spring and deform the spring to a clamping configuration when the lever is in the clamped position.

    Abstract: A method and system for specifically detecting perfectly matched probe-target hybrids by annealing a hairpin-based probe to a nucleic acid target under conditions favoring the formation of perfectly matched targets over mismatched targets, and electrochemically detecting the annealed probe. Sensitivity of detection can be enhanced by catalyzed reporter deposition of probe signal prior to electrochemical detection. Specificity can be enhanced by including hairpin-based competitor probes in the annealing step. The detection assay is particularly applicable to typing single nucleotide polymorphisms by DNA sandwich hybridization.
