    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a conductive terminal and an electrical connector assembly. A power electrical connector is provided for transmitting electrical signals from a pair of cables, such as high current capable cables, to an associated member. The high power electrical connector includes an insulative housing and a pair of contact terminals with an additional insulative member that provides a barrier against electrical shock. In such cases a user is prevented for inadvertently touching the power terminals during use.
