Abstract: A file folder assembly or divider with a tab capable of being slid in two non-collinear directions. According to one embodiment, the file folder assembly includes a file folder and a sliding tab assembly. The sliding tab assembly includes a rail secured to the file folder proximate to a top edge of the file folder. The sliding tab assembly also includes a tab and a coupling member. The coupling member couples the tab to the rail in such a way as to permit the tab to be slid horizontally back and forth along the rail and/or to permit the tab to be slid vertically up and down relative to the rail.

Abstract: An adjustable organizer that includes a plurality of spaced apart vertically oriented dividers and a plurality of selectively stackable platforms extending from the dividers. The platforms increase in height from a foremost platform to a rearmost platform. Adjacent dividers together with a platform extending between the adjacent dividers define a compartment. A connector assembly is operatively associated with one of the dividers and platforms. The connector assembly is configured to allow for independent adjustment of spacing between adjacent dividers to selectively adjust a size of a compartment and to allow a forward platform to slide beneath a platform rearward of the forward platform.

The solution preferably includes at least one pharmacological agent that is a soluble receptor tyrosine kinase, and optionally additional multiple pain and inflammation inhibitory agents at dilute concentration in a physiologic carrier, such as saline or lactated Ringer's solution. The solution is applied by continuous irrigation of a wound during a surgical procedure for preemptive inhibition of pain and while avoiding undesirable side effects associated with oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous application of larger doses of the agents.

Abstract: Methods and compositions for inhibiting articular cartilage degradation. The compositions preferably include multiple chondroprotective agents, including at least one agent that promotes cartilage anabolic activity and at least one agent that inhibits cartilage catabolism. The compositions may also include one or more pain and inflammation inhibitory agents. The compositions may be administered systemically, such as to treat patients at risk of cartilage degradation at multiple joints, and suitably may be formulated in a carrier or delivery vehicle that is targeted to the joints.
