  • Publication number: 20240109847
Abstract: The present application is directed towards compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or prodrugs thereof, which are inhibitors of Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) binding or function. The compounds especially may have some selectivity for inhibiting Class IIa versus Class I HDACs. The present application also relates to methods of using the compounds and to uses of the compounds, especially in relation to the prevention of a disease, disorder or condition associated with Class IIa HDAC activity. In one form, the compounds are (ortho-phenyl) phenyl hydroxamates. In another form, the compounds are as provided in Formula (I), wherein R1 is a phenyl or cycloalkenyl which may be optionally substituted.

  • Patent number: 11931055
Abstract: An actuated telescoping system for navigation within a vascular lumen and thrombectomy of a thrombus. The system includes a tubular catheter member having an open distal end defining a catheter lumen, a vacuum source, a rotational drive system, a flexible shaft having a channel coupled to the rotational drive system for rotational movement in response thereto, and an optional guidewire selectively inserted at least partially within the flexible shaft. The flexible shaft is at least partially disposed within the tubular catheter member configured for uncoupled rotational and translational motion therein and to optionally define a corkscrew motion in response to rotational driving force by the drive system that results in formation of hydrodynamic vortices within the catheter lumen.

  • Patent number: 11934991
Abstract: In some examples, a computing device sends, to an application on a user device, item information to cause the application to present a user interface including information about items available from a merchant. In response to receiving a user input via the user interface to select an item from the merchant, the computing device determines that a likelihood that the item will be unavailable exceeds a threshold. The computing device sends a communication that causes the application to present a plurality of selectable options to indicate actions to perform when the item is unavailable. The computing device receives a request to place the order for the item, and an indication of the action to perform. In response to receiving a communication from the merchant device indicating that the item is unavailable, the computing device sends an instruction to the merchant device indicating the action to perform.

  • Publication number: 20240081280
Abstract: An automatic animal feeding system is provided. Embodiments of the automatic animal feeding system include an automatic food dispenser and a food canister storing food pods. The automatic food dispenser couples to the food canister, receives a food pod form the food canister, removes a cover or lid from the food pod, presents the opened food pod for pet consumption, disposes of the food pod into a disposal compartment that is sealed off from the ambient air, and implements other steps of an automatic feeding process. Aspects of the automatic feeding process can be efficiently implemented, for example, by actuating two motors based on data received from sensors of the automatic animal feeding system. Accordingly, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a compact, control-efficient, self-cleaning automatic animal feeding system that can continuously personalize feeding patterns or feed a pet with little to no human intervention over a period of time.

  • Patent number: 11913401
Abstract: An engine consumes fuel and air to generate an exhaust gas stream. An exhaust system channels the exhaust gas stream from the engine to a tailpipe. An aftertreatment system is included in the exhaust system and includes a catalyst. An exhaust throttle valve is disposed in the exhaust system downstream from the aftertreatment system. An actuator controls an amount of air pumped through the engine. A controller operates the exhaust throttle valve and/or the actuator to control emissions from the exhaust system during a cold start and following a deceleration fuel cutoff event.

  • Publication number: 20230366698
Abstract: An end-to-end system for data generation, map creation using the generated data, and localization to the created map is disclosed. Mapstreams—or streams of sensor data, perception outputs from deep neural networks (DNNs), and/or relative trajectory data—corresponding to any number of drives by any number of vehicles may be generated and uploaded to the cloud. The mapstreams may be used to generate map data—and ultimately a fused high definition (HD) map—that represents data generated over a plurality of drives. When localizing to the fused HD map, individual localization results may be generated based on comparisons of real-time data from a sensor modality to map data corresponding to the same sensor modality. This process may be repeated for any number of sensor modalities and the results may be fused together to determine a final fused localization result.
