Abstract: An instrument includes a reagent management system. The reagent management system includes a plurality of reagent wells, each reagent well operable to contain a reagent of a plurality of reagents positioned therein. The reagent management system is operable to select a flow of reagent from one of the plurality of reagents. A flexible connection includes a laminate stack and includes a first flexible channel in fluid communication with the reagent management system. The first flexible channel is operable to route the flow of reagent therethrough. A flow cell includes a flow channel in fluid communication with the first flexible channel. The flow channel is operable to route the flow of reagent over analytes positioned in the flow channel. • Publication number: 20240385971
Abstract: A docking station operable in a plurality of modes is disclosed. An example method includes obtaining first data via a first interface of the docking station configured to couple the docking station to a computing device and second data via a second interface of the docking station configured to communicate with a network, responsive to operating in a first mode, obtaining third data via the second interface of the docking station, responsive to operating in a second mode, and selectively outputting the first and the second data, or the third data, to a display based on whether the docking station operates in the first or the second mode. The selectively outputting includes determining that the computing device is not coupled to the docking station, and in response, processing the third data by an application installed in a secure sandbox, and outputting the processed third data to the display.

  • Patent number: 12147445
Abstract: A data platform for running a subset of cells in a notebook is provided. The data platform receives a run cells message from a notebook user interface (UI) application specifying the subset of cells to run. For each cell in the subset, the data platform runs the cell to generate a set of results, generates a cell execution stream using the results, stores the stream, and transmits the stream to the notebook UI application. The notebook UI application generates a display for the user using the cell execution stream. The data platform provides an efficient way to run specific cells in a notebook and display the results to the user.

  • Patent number: 12146133
Abstract: An example of a biotin-streptavidin cleavage composition includes a formamide reagent and a salt buffer. The formamide reagent is present in the biotin-streptavidin cleavage composition in an amount ranging from about 10% to about 50%, based on a total volume of the biotin-streptavidin cleavage composition. The salt buffer makes up the balance of the biotin-streptavidin cleavage composition. In some examples, the biotin-streptavidin cleavage composition is used to cleave library fragments from a solid support. In other examples, other mechanisms are used to cleave library fragments from a solid support.

  • Publication number: 20240361148
Abstract: Systems and methods for vehicle-based determination of HD map update information. Sensor-equipped vehicles may determine locations of various detected objects relative to the vehicles. Vehicles may also determine the location of reference objects relative to the vehicles, where the location of the reference objects in an absolute coordinate system is also known. The absolute coordinates of various detected objects may then be determined from the absolute position of the reference objects and the locations of other objects relative to the reference objects. Newly-determined absolute locations of detected objects may then be transmitted to HD map services for updating.

  • Patent number: 12131338
Abstract: A system and method for identifying and authenticating a physical article to a virtual environment. A physical article, such as a decorative pin used in gameplay or some purchased article with anti-counterfeiting tag information, may be scanned by a mobile device and verified by a mobile device application. Such a process may uniquely identify a product as being associated with one particular customer, which may limit counterfeiting and may also allow the article to be incorporated in some form into a game or other virtual environment, such as in the form of an accessory for a game character.
