  • Patent number: 11232246
Abstract: A circuit comprises: a register configured to be a linear finite state machine and comprising storage elements, injection devices, one or more input channels for injecting variables using the injection devices, and one or more feedback devices; a plurality of phase shifters, each of the plurality of phase shifters configured to receive signals from a unique segment of the register; scan chains, serial inputs of the scan chains configured to receive signals from outputs of the plurality of phase shifters, wherein the one or more input channels are coupled to the injection devices at injection points in the register, each of the injection points being assigned to one of the one or more input channels based on lifespan values for the injection points, the injection points being determined based on one or more predetermined requirements.

  • Patent number: 8945254
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an inlet particle separator for a gas turbine engine having an inlet flow path, a scavenge flow path, a core flow path, and a flow splitter disposed between the scavenge and core flow paths. A plurality of grooves may be disposed about an inner surface of a wall of the separator within the inlet flow path.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 21, 2011
Date of Patent: February 3, 2015
    Assignee: General Electric Company
Inventors: Jeffrey Mayer, Brian Roberts, Jonathan Anisko
  • Patent number: 8534510
Abstract: A closure for a container, and a container incorporating the same, that minimizes or eliminates leakage between the closure and the container holding the liquid. The closure provides a liquid sealing system that allows irregularly shaped closure tops to be used without sacrificing the effectiveness of the liquid seal. In one embodiment, the closure includes a plurality of struts disposed within an annular space that receives a neck portion of the container to create a seating plane that corresponds to a plane formed by the rim of the neck portion.

  • Patent number: 8016157
Abstract: The dispenser is comprised of a first hollow body and a second hollow body. The second hollow body fits into the first hollow body. The second hollow body has a closure at the open end. The second hollow body is maintained in the first hollow body by means of an interference fit. There also is at least one vent between the first hollow body and the second hollow body. The second hollow body will contain a medicament. In use the first hollow body and the second hollow body are separated, the lid on the closure of the second hollow body opened and a tablet dispensed into the first hollow body. A liquid such as water is added to the first hollow body to dissolve the tablet. This dissolved medicament is ingested in the usual way and the second hollow body placed back into the first hollow body.
