Patent number: 11943504Abstract: An application programming interface (API) receives broadcast-related information from media automation applications. A traffic log is received from a first media automation application configured to generate a traffic log associated with a media station, and spot information associated with spots included in the traffic log is received from at least a second media automation application. The API stores the broadcast-related information, including the traffic log and the spot information, in one or more databases. The API also receives, from a media playout system, at least one request for the stored broadcast-related information. The media playout system is configured to insert media content into a media broadcast associated with the media station. The API provides the requested broadcast-related information to the media playout system, which inserts the media content into the media broadcast associated with the media station.Type: GrantFiled: February 23, 2022Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: IHEARTMEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC.Inventors: Steve Mills, Jeffrey Lee Littlejohn, David C. Publication number: 20110055947Abstract: The invention provides a Cucumis melo var. inodorus melon of consistent harvest quality. One embodiment provides use of fruit separation from the stem at harvest maturity to indicate harvest maturity of Cucumis melo var. inodorus melons. In specific embodiments, the fruit separation from the stem at harvest maturity indicator demonstrates harvest maturity on a per melon basis, can be scored visually or by force necessary to remove the melon from the plant, and reduces wounding damage upon separation of the fruit from the vine. Significantly, the invention provides for consistent harvest maturity of Cucumis melo var. inodorus melons that retain flesh firmness at the time of harvest and upon transport to market.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 31, 2010Publication date: March 3, 2011Inventors: PAUL CHUNG, Jeffrey Mills, Adam Wentzell

Stable aqueous dispersions of hydrophilic phenolic resins having low xylenol and bisphenol-A content
Publication number: 20060229415Abstract: Storage stable aqueous dispersions of a heat-reactive hydrophilic phenolic resin (e.g., phenol/formaldehyde) are disclosed. The dispersions comprise a base resin that is the reaction product of an aromatic alcohol and an aldehyde, and an etherified resin component selected from the group consisting of an etherified phenol/aldehyde resin, an etherified cresol/aldehyde resin, and mixtures thereof. The dispersions further comprise a protective colloid (e.g., polyvinyl alcohol). The addition of the etherified resin component in an amount of at least about 20% by weight of the base resin provides storage stability, but does not adversely affect the desirable physical and chemical characteristics (e.g., chemical resistance) of end products made from such dispersions. Moreover, the dispersions of the present invention can avoid the use of etherified resin components derived from bisphenol-A and/or xylenols, which present heath concerns in food coating applications.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 11, 2005Publication date: October 12, 2006Applicant: Georgia-Pacific Resins, Inc.Inventors: Peter Boyer, Jeffrey Mills -
Publication number: 20060151360Abstract: Modified resins are disclosed for removing a wide variety of solids and/or ionic species from the liquids in which they are suspended and/or dissolved. These modified resins are especially useful as froth flotation depressants in the beneficiation of many types of materials (e.g., mineral and metal ores), including the beneficiation of impure coal comprising clay impurities, as well as in the separation of valuable bitumen from solid contaminants such as sand. The modified resins are also useful for treating aqueous liquid suspensions to remove solid particulates, as well as for removing metallic ions in the purification of water. The modified resins comprise a base resin that is modified with a coupling agent, which is highly selective for binding to solid contaminants and especially siliceous materials such as sand or clay.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 12, 2005Publication date: July 13, 2006Applicant: Georgia-Pacific Resins, Inc.Inventors: James Wright, Phillip Hurd, Peter Boyer, Lisa Arthur, Jeffrey Mills, Paul Hart, Richard Rediger, Robbie Kelly
