  • Publication number: 20240110812
Abstract: Overcoming localization errors in geographic regions where a global positioning system signal is obstructed is provided. A system can identify a geographic location with a localization error. In response, the system can supplement the global positioning system data associated with the geographic location with supplemental data to generate supplemental global positioning system data. Additionally, an operational state of a vehicle is controlled based on the supplemental global positioning system data.

  • Publication number: 20240101059
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for monitoring a predetermined area for animals. One or more sensors of a vehicle are configured to detect a presence of an object and processing circuitry is configured to detect an object approaching the predetermined area. The processing circuitry is further configured to determine that the detected object is an animal and facilitate activation, in response to determining that the object is approaching the predetermined area and that the object is an animal, a vehicle deterrence feature.

  • Publication number: 20190015019
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to systems, methods, and devices for monitoring inertial data from a player swinging a piece of sports equipment. In embodiments, a monitoring device for monitoring swing metrics. The monitoring device includes an inertial measurement unit (IMU) implemented at least partially in hardware to sense inertial data corresponding to a swing of a piece of sports equipment; a processor implemented at least partially in hardware to extrapolate, based on the inertial data, one or more swing parameters associated with the swing of the piece of sports equipment; and a transceiver implemented at least partially in hardware to transmit the one or more swing parameters to a remote device across a wireless connection.
