Abstract: A method of treating preterm birth (PTB) risk in a subject is disclosed. An example method may obtain risk indicator values for two or more risk indicators selected from a panel of risk indicators comprising the group consisting of: AFP, anemia status, assistance status, body mass index, CD40L, cholesterol, CRP, diabetes status, ENA78, EOTAXIN, GP130, hCG, HDL, HGF, hypertension status, ICAM1, IFNA, IFNB, IL-10, IL-13, Il-15, IL-1A, IL-1RA, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL1R1, IL4R, INH, IP-10, LDL, LIF, MCP3, MCSF, MIG, MIP1A, MIP1B, NGF, PAPP-A, parity, PDGFBB, progesterone, RANTES, ratio of triglycerides to HDL, sFASL, TNFR1, TRAIL, triglycerides, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3. The example method may input the obtained risk indicator values into a predictive model to calculate a predictive score indicative of PTB risk, determine the subject has an elevated risk of PTB risk based upon the predictive score, and administer an intervention to the subject.

It is determined that an updated version of the first software product is available that has not been tested by the verification computing system. The verification computing system causes a generation of a first test computing environment that comprises one or more computing hosts or virtual machines. The updated version of the first software product using the first test computing environment is tested. The verification computing system generates information that indicates that the updated version of the first software product failed or passed a test threshold.

Abstract: A wheeled garbage receptacle with built-in seat including a main receptacle assembly, an add-on receptacle assembly, and a seat assembly is disclosed. These assemblies in conjunction with one another provide a simple solution to maintaining comfortability while disposing of refuse. The main receptacle assembly includes a hollow cylindrical body that can be placed in alignment with an add-on receptacle. The main receptacle engaging with the add-on receptacle via latches about the perimeter of said main receptacle body. The main receptacle assembly also includes a seat assembly that forms a portion of the cylindrical body when in a closed position. The seat assembly includes a seat portion and a back rest that is mounted via a hinge. The add-on receptacle assembly includes a hollow container with a door. The bailout and force damping system can include a force damper member, a reinforced bailout lanyard optionally including a tear-away portion, and a force absorbing belt/harness. The force damper member includes an elastically deformable compression member and a plastically deformable sacrificial elongatable member. The force absorbing belt/harness can include a hip/waist belt portion, a chest/shoulder harness portion, and a thigh portion. The hip/waist belt portion includes a mid-body harness connection member capable of connecting a terminal end of the reinforced bailout lanyard, and includes a plastically sacrificial elongatable portion that is plastically deformable when a force is applied.

Abstract: The invention is directed to methods and compositions of matter for predicting the risk of preterm birth (PTB) in a subject and administering interventions to subjects at elevated risk of PTB. The inventions provide a convenient, non-invasive, and accurate means of assessing PTB risk in a subject, and further provide a means of treating subjects in need of treatment and selecting appropriate interventions to reduce such risk. The diagnostic tools include novel panels of biomarkers and other factors which can be used to accurately predict risk of PTB across a population, wherein elevated risk is due to a variety of underlying physiological pathways and processes. In another aspect, the scope of the invention encompasses assay kits which are useful in the fast, accurate, and inexpensive prediction of PTB risk by multiplexed measurement of PTB risk factors.
