Abstract: The present invention utilizes cloud-based remote Platform as a Service (PaaS) System, together with a short message service (SMS), multi-media message service (MMS) or enhanced messaging service (EMS) text messaging based platforms to create a near real time interactive communications and reverse marketing system, thereby providing merchants, retailers and or sellers the means to rapidly and effectively communicate with their respective customers via the customers' mobile computing devices facilitating the sale of a product or service.

Abstract: The present invention is a short message service (“SMS”) based interactive information and marketing system, which provides the User with a means to rapidly and effectively communicate with its customer base. The system represented by this invention is a completely voluntary, opted-in system, by which the customer provides its mobile telephone number or the telephone number of its chosen mobile device to the User and requests that the User forward marketing, promotional and informational materials to the customer. Abstract: The present invention is a security and fraud prevention system which utilizes and controls security devices and uses short message text (SMS) notifications to enhance the security of point-of-sale credit or debit card transactions, using card swipe terminals at retail checkout stations. The invention, through the use of the System's firmware programmed on and located within the card swipe terminal, directs a remote digital camera located at the point-of-sale checkout station, to take a simultaneous photo of the respective cardholder, each time a credit or debit card is swiped at that checkout station. The photo is time stamped and stamped with the identical transaction number and transaction information, which is otherwise generated by the swipe terminal when the credit or debit card is swiped and details of the transaction are transmitted to the VPN for purchase authorization.
