  • Publication number: 20240165429
Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to a method of driving an end effector coupled to an ultrasonic drive system of a surgical instrument. The method comprises generating at least one electrical signal. The at least one electrical signal is monitored against a first set of logic conditions. A first response is triggered when the first set of logic conditions is met. A parameter is determined from the at least one electrical signal.

  • Publication number: 20240148429
Abstract: A method for determining motional branch current in an ultrasonic transducer of an ultrasonic surgical device over multiple frequencies of a transducer drive signal. The method may comprise, at each of a plurality of frequencies of the transducer drive signal, oversampling a current and voltage of the transducer drive signal, receiving, by a processor, the current and voltage samples, and determining, by the processor, the motional branch current based on the current and voltage samples, a static capacitance of the ultrasonic transducer and the frequency of the transducer drive signal.

  • Publication number: 20240133615
Abstract: An insulation panel assembly for a refrigeration unit includes a first panel, a second panel coupled to the first panel, an evacuation hub defining an evacuation port that extends from an inlet to an outlet and a groove that extends around the inlet, and a conduit engaged with the evacuation hub. The second panel defines an aperture and includes a protruding surround that extends around the aperture. The evacuation hub is positioned such that the inlet is aligned with the aperture defined by the second panel and the groove receives the protruding surround of the second panel therein. Further, the conduit extends into the evacuation port via the outlet.

  • Publication number: 20240013890
Abstract: Systems and methods are presented herein for providing a user with a recommendation for physical activity related to media content. The user may activate a recommendation application setting on a user equipment device. The user may select a media asset for presentation on a user equipment device. The system may analyze data associated with the media asset and perform deep video analysis of the frames of the media asset to identify events in the media asset. The system may identify the content type of each respective segment of the media asset and may identify respective activities performed in each segment by a primary character. The system may determine a respective activity to recommend to the user for reach respective segment of the media asset. The application may then determine a segment is being displayed for a user and generate an overlay representing a physical activity for the user to perform.

  • Patent number: 5124960
Abstract: A personal memory aid device and a pressure sensitive transducer which are both adapted to be worn at differing locations on an operator for the purpose of conveniently registering desired events. Actuation of the pressure transducer, either by a simple motion of the operator or by contact of the operator with another object, causes storage of information, such as an event count, concerning the an event defined by such actuation to be stored for concurrent or later communication to the operator. Wired and microwave links are provided for signalling between the transducer unit and the housing. A preferred embodiment is arranged to be implemented in combination with timekeeping circuitry and to be worn on the wrist of the operator in the manner of a wrist watch. The memory aid device is particularly adapted for use during athletic activity by the provision of a waterproof case.
