Abstract: An instructional design tool is provided for designing learning based applications. More specifically, the instructional design tool is configured to use captured expert knowledge for translating such knowledge into an environment used for instructional purposes. The instructional design tool includes at least one component configured to visually model a gaming scenario using recorded knowledge and graphical content defined by values associated with classes of respective models and translate the defined values into a standardized XML format.

During the course of a web session, user interaction information may be collected, that information potentially indicating subjects of interest to a user associated with the session-specific identifier. In the event the user uses the identifier make a contact regarding the information, the identifier can be used to associate the interaction information and subjects of interest, such that the contact may have that information and those subjects available to assist a user making contact. Interaction and subject information may also be used to customize the interaction with a contacting user with regard to the routing of a telephone call, a greeting, a product or service offering, or other communication.

A calling module uniquely identifies the telephone call and initiates calling by a dialer. Once the telephone call is established, auxiliary functions such as call monitoring, recording, transfer, or conference calling may be initiated for the call. Additional controls corresponding to the auxiliary functions may provided on the web page or a related web page. The web pages used to provide the user controls may stateless web pages.

The elevated light system allows for the brake lights to be more easily seen by following drivers and it normally keeps the brake lights from being immersed in water when the trailer is used in loading or unloading a boat or other marine craft. Additionally, in comparison with lights attached to the side of a guide pole, the in-line nature of the light system makes it less likely that the light will be knocked off or damaged when backing a trailer into a tight garage opening. Furthermore, a tell-tale lens is located opposite the primary lens and it allows the driver to be able to verify that the lights are working.
