Abstract: A door lever and mounting plate assembly attachable to a door and coupleable to a latch and spindle assembly in the door, including a. a mounting plate including an aperture therein mountable on the door with the aperture axially aligned with the spindle, b. a door lever assembly comprising a handle part with a bottom surface, and a pivot plate, the handle part being coupleable to the spindle, and the pivot plate being fixed to the bottom surface of the handle and having an area greater than the area of the aperture and being situated closely adjacent and underlying the aperture, such that when the handle is pivoted the aperture is at all times fully underlied by at least parts of the pivot plate, and d. a keylock cylinder mounted in the handle part with a linkage to engage and control rotation of the spindle.

Abstract: A lever and mounting plate combination attachable to the exposed vertical surface of a door that includes a latch assembly with a spindle extending horizontally outward from the vertical surface, the lever and mounting plate combination including a main plate mountable onto the door's exposed surface and having a window-like opening extending completely through the plate, a lever having a base part which is coupleable to the spindle and pivotable therewith and has an exposed outer part, and a lever plate fixed to the base part of the lever and pivotable with though lever and with the spindle when it is coupled to the lever, the lever plate closely underlies and contacts said inner surface of the main plate while at all times covering the window, the lever being engagable by a user to rotate the lever plate and simultaneously rotate the spindle to open the door.

Abstract: A latch lock system for a door that is mountable in a doorframe, the latch lock system including a main housing including a spindle and lever, a bolt having a nose part that is attractable to a magnet, the bolt being slidable in the main housing between extended and retracted positions, a spring biasing the bolt to its retracted position, a secondary housing including a strike plate in the doorframe, a magnet mounted in the secondary housing, the magnet having a magnetic force greater than the spring force which will pull the bolt to its extended position when the door is in its closed position and the bolt is aligned with the magnet.
