  • Publication number: 20250063987
Abstract: A harvesting vehicle includes a header having a cutter bar, a crop transport draper and a reel mounted above the cutter bar to sweep the crop to the draper. The operation of the header is autonomously monitored and controlled to reduce operator loads or to run autonomously by detecting: reel wrapping; differential rates of flow of crop on the header at different locations; where the crop to be cut is at least partly lodged so that stems of the crop are not vertical; the presence of a crop streak of uncut or poorly cut crop behind the cutter bar and/or a band of disturbed soil behind the cutter bar. The detector is arranged to control ground speed, header height, reel height and operation.

  • Patent number: 12238084
Abstract: Briefly, example methods, apparatuses, and/or articles of manufacture may be implemented, in whole or in part, to authenticate a communications device. In an embodiment, the method may include accessing a prepackaged group of computer instructions and invoking an authentication operation of the communications device. The method may additionally include determining availability of a cellular communications channel to communicate with a client server and initiating a browser session to pass hardware-specific parameters to and from the client server. The method may further include receiving an outcome of the authentication operation, in which invoking of the authentication operation and receiving the outcome of the authentication operation occur during a single exchange between a client application and the prepackaged group of computer instructions.

  • Patent number: 12223065
Abstract: A resource-based authorization control may be added to a data processing service. A control-plane action requested by an account or entity creates a resource-based authorization policy. The resource-based authorization policy pertaining to respective resources allows recurrent data-plane actions to maintain a data flow in a data pipeline to be authorized independent of a separate authorization service.

  • Publication number: 20250036806
Abstract: A system for interfacing with a decisioning service from a third-party domain. A backend system may receive a request to interface with the decisioning service to generate a prequalification result for a user for a specified product, in response to the actuation of a button included in a third-party web domain rendering a product. The backend system may execute a call on a website of the decisioning service. The backend system may receive the product information from the button. The backend system may generate the website within the third-party domain, including a request for information about the user, in response to executing the call to the website. • Publication number: 20250033679
Abstract: A system and method for virtual block stick circuits is presented. The present disclosure implements specialized algorithms adapted to determine the true status of a virtual block based on multiple inputs from different perspectives. In one embodiment, the system can use the far house perspective of that virtual track segment and the PTC hazard for the near virtual track segment directly adjacent to the near house uses the near house perspective of that virtual track segment. For the middle virtual track segments, the near house perspectives of the middle virtual track segments are held ‘TRUE’ if they are already ‘TRUE’ when the train first enters the block, using stick circuits for the near house perspective of the middle track circuits. The vital application can then indicate the true state of the virtual track segment as occupied (FALSE), to protect the train from trains that follow.

  • Publication number: 20250033153
Abstract: Described herein are examples of material removal machines with work tables separated by an air gap. In some examples. the air gap may provide space for a material removal tool of the material removal machine to extend between and substantially below the work tables to effect a deep cut on a workpiece that extends across the air gap. In some examples. a table actuator may be configured to move the work tables in tandem, allowing for the work tables and/or work piece to be moved to the material removal tool, rather than vice versa. Efficient design of the work tables and material removal machine ensures that the air gap between the work tables remains unobstructed all the way to a floor of the material removal machine. and ensures that the space underneath the work tables is sufficient for fluid/debris drainage and operator access.

  • Patent number: 12206980
Abstract: A device displays, in a first display region of a camera user interface, a first live view from a first camera. While displaying the first live view from the first camera, the device detects movement of a first user input (e.g., a first contact on a touch-sensitive surface). In accordance with a determination that the movement of the first user input meets first movement criteria, the device moves the first live view in the first display region in accordance with the movement of the first user input, displays a second live view from a second camera, and moves the second live view in the first display region in accordance with the movement of the first user input.

  • Patent number: 12192266
Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein to enable data transfer from unmanned aerial vehicles to cloud destinations. In an implementation, a relay resource in communication with a UAV sends a transfer request to a cloud service for managing data transfer for unmanned aerial vehicles. The request includes a unique identifier for the data file. The cloud service determines instructions for transferring the data file to a destination based on the file's unique identifier. The cloud service sends the transfer instructions to the relay resource via an API, the instructions including information for uploading the file to the destination.

  • Publication number: 20240420680
Abstract: Implementations relate to a multimodal translation application that can provide an abridged version of a translation through an audio interface of a computing device, while simultaneously providing a verbatim textual translation at a display interface of the computing device. The application can provide these different versions of the translation in certain circumstances when, for example, the rate of speech of a person speaking to a user is relatively high compared to a preferred rate of speech of the user. For example, a comparison between phonemes of an original language speech and a translated language speech can be performed to determine whether the ratio satisfies a threshold for providing an audible abridged translation. A determination to provide the abridged translation can additionally or alternatively be based on a determined language of the speaker.

  • Publication number: 20240331681
Abstract: A computer generated voice can automatically be adapted to be similar to a user's voice. Various implementations include processing audio data capturing a first language spoken utterance to identify one or more pitch characteristics. For example, the one or more pitch characteristics can include an estimated frequency range of the given user's voice. Additionally or alternatively, the system can process the audio data capturing the first language spoken utterance and a set of candidate computer generated voices using a computer generated voice selection model to select a candidate computer generated voice. Various implementations can include automatically modifying the selected candidate computer generated voice based on the one or more pitch characteristics to change the frequency range of the modified computer generated voice based on the user's voice.
