    Abstract: A dielectric roller for a corona treatment system consists of a self-supporting tubular body of a dielectric material having a conductive layer bonded on its inner wall and a pair of end plugs with hubs closing the ends of the body. At least one of the end plugs is of conductive material and makes electrical contact with the conductive layer so that the roller can be grounded.
