Abstract: A layered assembly includes a first adhesive layer and a protective top layer affixed permanently on all sides to the first adhesive layer. The assembly also includes a first image layer onserted between the first adhesive layer and the protective top layer, wherein the protective top layer is provided over the first image layer and at least a portion of the protective top layer can be removed to reveal the first image layer.

Abstract: A mounting assembly for an object is provided, including a first mounting element, a second mounting element, and a resilient spring located therebetween. An object can be secured to either one of the first mounting element and the second mounting elements. In addition or alternatively, a method of manufacturing the mounting assembly is also provided. The method includes the steps of molding a resilient spring directly to the first mounting element, attaching the second mounting element to the spring, and attaching an object to either of the first and second mounting elements. In addition or alternatively, another method of manufacturing is provided for manufacturing a plurality of mounting assemblies. In addition or alternatively, the first mounting element can include a base member and a leg member. In one example, the leg member can be movable relative to the base member.

Abstract: A suction nozzle holster device is provided with three possible operating positions through the use of a mounting channel component having a left, a center and a right key plate/key nub system that can each be respectively inserted into a cooperating keyway slot/nub receiver opening system mounted on a rear portion of a holster mounting component of the device. This arrangement gives the holster device three distinct operating positions.

Abstract: A filter device mounts on a person's nose and fits within the nostrils to filter breathed air. The device includes a support member having a pair of annular sections and a pair of side sections that extend upwardly from outer edges thereof. A filter piece is disposed in each annular section so that the filter pieces seat in respective nostrils. A portion of the support member is malleable so that the support member may be configured to the shape of the wearer's nose. In one embodiment the side sections are interconnected by a bridge section that goes across the bridge of the nose. In another embodiment, the annular sections are interconnected by a band extending between inner edges thereof. The filter pieces may be convex domes that, as disclosed, have a flat margin and a frusto-conical section to form a seat for the nostrils.

Abstract: An action wobble head doll includes a preprinted, die cut, animated body having an image secured thereto. The image can be a customized digital photograph. The image is secured to the body of the doll via a mounting assembly, which includes a spring secured to at least one mounting plate in a substantially perpendicular manner thereby creating a unique side-to-side movement of the image with respect to the body.
