The display controller may break up a single image into multiple sub-images to display on multiple display areas on the mask. Abstract: A system and method for reporting unusual aircraft attitude to a pilot includes sensing aircraft attitude, and processing the sensed aircraft attitude to determine when the aircraft attitude exceeds an attitude limit. A three-dimensional directional audio alert is generated that, when heard by the pilot, sounds like it is coming from a direction to which the pilot should maneuver the aircraft to correct the aircraft attitude, and includes a verbal instruction that the pilot should follow correct the aircraft attitude.
