Abstract: Providing rewards for purchases is disclosed. In some embodiments, electronic couponing data corresponding to an available reward offer for an item as well as an association of a loyalty identifier with the reward offer is provided to an electronic coupon processor; and in response to receiving an indication from the electronic coupon processor that the loyalty identifier was associated with a transaction in which the item was purchased, a user account is credited with a reward amount associated with the reward offer.

Abstract: Techniques for providing a digital frequency card are disclosed. A digital frequency card provides an offer or reward upon completion of a prescribed set of one or more actions. In some embodiments, in response to receiving an indication of an occurrence of an action from a set of one or more prescribed actions associated with a digital frequency card of a user, information associated with the digital frequency card stored with respect to a user account of the user is automatically updated to reflect the occurrence of the action, and the user is automatically provided a current status of the digital frequency card.
