Abstract: An assembly comprising an elastic sleeve defining an inner cavity, the elastic sleeve comprising an outer surface and inner surface. The outer surface and inner surface extending from a distal end to a proximal end, the distal end in a closed position and the proximal end defining an opening. a lubricant provided within the inner cavity of the elastic sleeve. A sealing mechanism for providing a liquid seal that seals both the sleeve and the lubricant into a sealed assembly. A plurality of ribs may be provided along the inner surface of the elastic sleeve.
