  • Patent number: 11448003
Abstract: Disclosed is a vertical profile for an automated sliding door. The profile is formed by front and rear walls connected by nose and tail walls. The nose and tail walls are thicker than the front and rear walls to provide enhanced resistance to deflection in the through-door direction. The walls are formed as an aluminum extrusion. The arrangement and thickness of the walls provides strength sufficient to withstand high wind loads without the installation of reinforcing members. Fillets may be provided where the walls are joined to lessen the tendency for the nose and tail walls deflect, further strengthen the profile.

  • Publication number: 20210374619
Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive a request associated with a data record, the request including a first set of input for a first machine learning model, and the first set of input defining a first set of values associated with a first set of parameters that correspond to the data record. The device may obtain, from a data storage device, a second set of values associated with a second set of parameters that correspond to the data record. The device may determine, using the first machine learning model, a score for the data record based on the first set of input and the second set of values, wherein the first machine learning model is trained to receive the first set of input and the second set of values and produce, as output, the score.

  • Patent number: 11094008
Abstract: A device receives a request for information regarding a debt resolution plan available for a delinquent account. The request may include a first input indicating a payment amount, a second input indicating a payment frequency, and a third input indicating a payment start date. The device obtains account data associated with the delinquent account and determines, using a model, a score for the delinquent account based on the first input, the second input, the third input, and/or the account data. The score predicts a likelihood that the delinquent account will charge off within a predetermined time period. The device determines a plurality of plan parameters for an accelerated charge off plan when the score satisfies a threshold. The device transmits the plurality of plan parameters, receives an enrollment request, enrolls the delinquent account in the accelerated charge off plan, and performs one or more actions based on the enrolling.

  • Patent number: 10407960
Abstract: A door package or door assembly includes multiple door panels. A top frame member has one or more tracks upon which one or more door panels may slide relative to a door opening to close the door opening when in a fully extended position and to open the doorway when in a retracted position. When in its retracted or open position, a plurality of door panels may also pivot about a pivot plate attached to the floor to a broken open position essentially perpendicular to the plane of the doorway opening. Upper and lower magnetic latch assemblies automatically decouple to permit pivoting of the entire door panel assembly when the panels are fully retracted, and when the panels are not fully retracted, are automatically actuated to prevent pivoting of the door panel assembly.

  • Patent number: 10113347
Abstract: A sliding door and floor guide assembly including a floor guide and at least one door panel including a pin guide assembly, and a guide shoe. The guide shoe has a curved bottom surface and the rail has a corresponding curved upper surface so that the two surfaces can engage one another. The pin guide assembly includes a spring that exerts a downward force to keep the guide shoe and rail in contact with one another. The guide shoe also includes at least one beveled surface adjacent the region where the guide shoe and rail engage. This beveled surface causes debris on the rail to be moved away from the rail when the door is opened or closed so that the debris does not interfere with the operation of the sliding door.

  • Publication number: 20120192493
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of doors and more particularly to an automated strike assembly for a sliding door. In particular, it relates to an automatically operable strike, which functions with existing manual latches. When using the automated strike, an engaged latch may be released by automatically sliding the entire strike plate over the latch hook. The automated strike comprises a strike plate adapted to engage with a latch, mounting means for slidably attaching the strike plate to a door jamb and driving means adapted to receive a control signal and to slide the strike plate between a latched position and an unlatched position. The invention also relates to a method for unlatching a door using the automated strike.

  • Publication number: 20070022318
Abstract: A method and system for adapting fault tolerant computing. The method includes the steps of measuring an environmental condition representative of an environment. An on-board processing system's sensitivity to the measured environmental condition is measured. It is determined whether to reconfigure a fault tolerance of the on-board processing system based in part on the measured environmental condition. The fault tolerance of the on-board processing system may be reconfigured based in part on the measured environmental condition.

  • Publication number: 20060236168
Abstract: An improved system and method for dynamically optimizing the performance and reliability of redundant processing systems (e.g., for use in space applications) are disclosed. As one example, a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) that includes a plurality of processors is disclosed. Based on mission specific modes or environmental conditions, the processing system can dynamically and safely transition between the high performance of, for example, a general purpose, quad Symmetric Multiprocessor (SMP) and the high reliability of a redundant set of processors (e.g., Triple Modular Redundancy system). This architecture allows the use of a single FPGA with multiple processors to take advantage of the maximum processing throughput available when sufficient mission conditions are met, and can also safely transition to a lower throughput, high reliability mode when needed.
