Solution: A method for producing a perovskite layer that includes a step of applying a solution containing an Sn-based perovskite compound to a substrate, a step of applying a poor solvent to the substrate, and a step of performing an annealing process to the substrate, in this order, wherein the poor solvent is at 45° C. to 100° C.
