    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of making an integrated circuit. The method includes forming a gate stack on a semiconductor substrate; forming a stressed contact etch stop layer (CESL) on the gate stack and on the semiconductor substrate; forming a first dielectric material layer on the stressed CESL using a high aspect ratio process (HARP) at a deposition temperature greater than about 440 C to drive out hydroxide (OH) group; forming a second dielectric material layer on the first dielectric material layer; etching to form contact holes in the first and second dielectric material layers; filling the contact holes with a conductive material; and performing a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process.

    Abstract: A method of making a patterned ribbon includes cutting a fabric to strips of ribbons, providing a roller device having a patterned model and a cutting blade, providing an ultrasonic device for high frequently oscillating and heating up the roller device, setting the ribbon under the roller device and driving the roller device to rotate and press the ribbon. The patterned model presses and melts corresponding regions of the ribbon to form a coining pattern on the ribbon according to the pattern of the patterned model. The heated cutting blade cuts down the excessive portion of the ribbon, and rapidly melts an edge of the ribbon for sealing.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a fire-resistant and heat-insulating door/wall structure, which is installed inside a hollow door plank or wallboard frame that is made of a refractory material. The characteristic of the invention lies in that the fire-resistant and heat-insulating structure is in the form of board enabling at least a foamed block board to have a layer of cement insulated material attached thereto. The cement insulated material is made up of mixing thermally expansible material with other organic or inorganic fire-resistance. Accordingly, when the invention is burning by a fire, the foamed block board is rapidly melted by the heat, and at the same time, the heat enables the cement insulated material to inflate and fill the inner frame instantly. Thus the invention enables the frame to be filled compactly with the cement insulated material after inflation, so as to possess better fire-resistant and heat-insulating effects.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide a DVD player with function of displaying variable types of sentences simultaneously and a method for producing subtitles thereof. The method of producing subtitles in the subtitle producing unit includes intercepting subtitles, compiling subtitle graphic files, transforming subtitle graphic files and storing them into subtitle displaying table. Through a video subtitle composing unit, the video and the subtitle displaying table composed of variable sentences in different language are linked and then transmitted to video output apparatus. Thus, the subtitle containing more than one languages in the DVD video are displayed with variable sentences simultaneously.
