  • Patent number: 7390182
Abstract: A rotor structure of pneumatic grinder, including a rotor main body and at least one reinforcing plate. The rotor main body is formed with a central shaft hole for a rotary shaft to pass through. Several radial projecting sections are formed on outer circumference of the rotor main body at equal intervals. Each projecting section has a depression for reducing the weight of the rotor structure. A split is defined between each two adjacent projecting sections. A vane is inserted in each split. The reinforcing plate is coaxially embedded in the rotor main body. The reinforcing plate outward radially expands from the axis of the rotor main body for increasing the strength of the rotor main body.

  • Publication number: 20050220635
Abstract: A pump-used filter device includes a connecting body capable of communicating with a spray gun pump. The connecting body is formed with a liquid incoming passage and a liquid outgoing passage. A hollow main body is locked with the connecting body. A filter mesh is horizontally disposed between the main body and the connecting body to divide the interiors of the connecting body and the main body into an upper and a lower cavities. The liquid incoming passage of the connecting body communicates with the lower cavity, while the liquid outgoing passage communicates with the upper cavity. The main body has a conic bottom section. High-pressure liquid paint is guided through the liquid incoming passage into the lower cavity. After filtered through the filter mesh, the clean liquid paint goes through the upper cavity to the liquid outgoing passage.

  • Patent number: 6053429
Abstract: An industrial spray gun cup structure includes a connector, a guide member, a collar and a cover body. A reception section of the cup is engaged with the guide member so that the cup can be only normally rotated without rotating and loosening other parts. The cup is integrally formed with inclined ribs which are tightly fitted with corresponding connecting sections of the cover body. While rotating the cover body by a certain angle, the ribs can be separated from or inserted with the connecting sections so as to open or close the cover body. Therefore, the cover body can be conveniently rotated to firmly and tightly fit with the cup without leakage.
