    Abstract: A method for facilitating analysis of causes of machining defects is provided. The method is carried out by a computer system. The method includes the step of obtaining motion data and vibration acceleration data about the tip of a cutter mounted on a machine tool. The method further includes the step of obtaining time-frequency information about the vibration acceleration data by performing a time-frequency analysis on the vibration acceleration data. The method further includes the step of obtaining vibration-displacement data by normalizing the time-frequency information. The method further includes the step of obtaining amplitude-distribution data about the tip by synchronizing the motion data and the vibration-displacement data.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for switching a secondary cell to a primary cell. A user equipment (UE) monitors a first radio condition of the UE for beams of a primary cell and a second radio condition for beams of one or more secondary cells configured for the UE in carrier aggregation. The UE transmits a request to configure a candidate beam of at least one candidate secondary cell as a new primary cell in response to the first radio condition not satisfying a first threshold and the second radio condition for the at least one candidate secondary cell satisfying a second threshold. A base station determines to reconfigure at least one secondary cell as the new primary cell. The base station and the UE perform a handover of the UE to the new primary cell.

    Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an integrated chip including an extended via that spans a combined height of a wire and a via and that has a smaller footprint than the wire. The extended via may replace a wire and an adjoining via at locations where the sizing and the spacing of the wire are reaching lower limits. Because the extended via has a smaller footprint than the wire, replacing the wire and the adjoining via with the extended via relaxes spacing and allows the size of the pixel to be further reduced. The extended via finds application for capacitor arrays used for pixel circuits.

    Abstract: An electricity load management device and an electricity load management method thereof are provided. The electricity load management device is connected to a plurality of data centers via a network. Each of the data centers comprises at least one server. For each data center, the electricity load management device allocates a plurality of data allocation percents of a plurality of service requests sequentially according to a schedule so as to receive a piece of electricity consumption information from each data center. The electricity load management device creates a cost profile of each data center according to the electricity consumption information of each data center, and determines an electricity load allocation percent of each data center according to the cost profiles and the electricity charge information. Finally, the electricity load management device allocates the subsequent service requests to the data centers according to the electricity load allocation percents.
