  • Patent number: 11977336
Abstract: A method for improving a process model for a patterning process, the method including obtaining a) a measured contour from an image capture device, and b) a simulated contour generated from a simulation of the process model. The method also includes aligning the measured contour with the simulated contour by determining an offset between the measured contour and the simulated contour. The process model is calibrated to reduce a difference, computed based on the determined offset, between the simulated contour and the measured contour.

  • Publication number: 20240096784
Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an integrated chip including an extended via that spans a combined height of a wire and a via and that has a smaller footprint than the wire. The extended via may replace a wire and an adjoining via at locations where the sizing and the spacing of the wire are reaching lower limits. Because the extended via has a smaller footprint than the wire, replacing the wire and the adjoining via with the extended via relaxes spacing and allows the size of the pixel to be further reduced. The extended via finds application for capacitor arrays used for pixel circuits.

  • Patent number: 6389996
Abstract: A incinerator comprises a framework, a liquid-vapor tank, a plurality of liquid tanks, and at least two fluid dryer tanks. The framework provides a plurality of elongated horizontal frames fixedly attached to a front and a rear walls thereof respectively. The liquid-vapor tank strides the framework and occupies a top area thereof. The liquid tanks each are disposed under the liquid-vapor tank and occupy a space confined by two neighboring horizontal frames respectively. The fluid dryer tanks each are disposed below the liquid tanks. The liquid from the liquid source may enter the liquid tanks and the liquid-vapor tank and a specific water level may be maintained constantly. The vapor can move outward from the vapor discharge pipes and is collected for further use and the dense fluid can be filled into the fluid dryer tanks and is dried up slowly and to be recycled for the energy saving and the environment protection.

  • Patent number: 5909919
Abstract: An auxiliary lock assembly includes a casing securely attached to the inner side of the door plate and including a first hole, a mount plate securely attached to the casing and including a second hole in alignment with the first hole, and a latch plate mounted on the mount plate and movable in a direction toward and away from the second hole. The latch plate has a first end extending beyond the casing and a second end inside the casing. An engaging wheel is rotatably received in the second hole of the mount plate and releasably engages with the second end of the latch plate. An actuating wheel is rotatably received in the first hole of the casing and is rotatable to a position to engage with the engaging wheel to rotate therewith. A switch button is mounted outside the casing and securely attached to the actuating wheel to rotate therewith.
