Abstract: A cross-platform system-fault warning system and method is proposed, which is designed for use with a cluster of various kinds of server platforms in a network system for generating a warning message in the event that any one of the server platforms has an abnormal operating condition, such as program execution failure or insufficient hard disk space, so as to inform network administrators and users to take necessary maintenance or precautious actions.

Abstract: An auto-generation of supplier forecast method aims at resolving the problems of unpredictable material requirements with clockwork precision by the material forecast system in the manufacturing industry. By using a forecast arithmetic server to process forecasting of material requirements at the enterprise end, the invention allows for rapid transfer of the forecast report to the suppliers and material purchasing staff, and accomplishes the operations of material issuing and purchasing.

If not, the system may assume the estimated quantity of component parts as possible quantity of component parts supplied by component part supplier in the future and store the same in database.
