  • Publication number: 20240114688
Abstract: A memory structure including a substrate, a first doped region, a second doped region, a first gate, a second gate, a first charge storage structure, and a second charge storage structure is provided. The first gate is located on the first doped region. The second gate is located on the second doped region. The first charge storage structure is located between the first gate and the first doped region. The first charge storage structure includes a first tunneling dielectric layer, a first dielectric layer, and a first charge storage layer. The second charge storage structure is located between the second gate and the second doped region. The second charge storage structure includes a second tunneling dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, and a second charge storage layer. The thickness of the second tunneling dielectric layer is greater than the thickness of the first tunneling dielectric layer.

  • Patent number: 11944486
Abstract: An analysis method and an electronic apparatus for breast image are provided. The method includes the following steps. One or more breast ultrasound images are obtained. The breast ultrasound images are used for forming a three-dimensional (3D) breast model. A volume of interest (VOI) in the breast ultrasound image is obtained by applying a detection model on the 3D breast model. The VOI is compared with a tissue segmentation result. The VOI is determined as a false positive according to a compared result between the VOI and the tissue segmentation result. The compared result includes that the VOI is located at a glandular tissue based on the tissue segmentation result. In response to the VOI being located in the glandular tissue of the tissue segmentation result, the VOI is compared with the lactiferous duct in the 3D breast model.

  • Patent number: 8928218
Abstract: A dielectric barrier discharge lamp includes a lamp tube, a discharge gas, a support member, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The lamp tube has a first and a second sealed end. The discharge gas is filled in the lamp tube. The support member is disposed at the first sealed end and extended toward the inside of the lamp tube. The support member has an accommodating space with its opening facing the inside of the lamp tube. The first electrode is disposed in the lamp tube. A first terminal of the first electrode passes through the opening of the accommodating space. A gap exists between an end of the first terminal of the first electrode and a closed end of the accommodating space. A second terminal of the first electrode penetrates and is closely fitted with the second sealed end. The second electrode is disposed outside the lamp tube.

  • Publication number: 20130119859
Abstract: A gas discharge lamp including a crystal tube, a connecting portion and a metal electrode rod is provided. The crystal tube includes at least one terminal portion and an axial segment. The terminal portion is located at an end of the axial segment. The connecting portion is constituted by N glass ring bands. The glass ring bands are connected to the terminal portion along the axial line in sequence. The first glass ring band connected to the terminal portion has a first coefficient of thermal expansion. The metal electrode rod is embedded in the terminal portion, and an end of the metal electrode rod away from the terminal portion is connected to the Nth glass ring band. The Nth glass ring band has a second coefficient of thermal expansion greater than the first coefficient of thermal expansion.
