In one embodiment of the invention, the compound is 5?-glycylcarbonyl-N6-(4-hydroxybenzyl)adenosine (I-a1). In addition, a pre-treatment and/or a post-treatment is performed to the photo detector to reduce its noise and hence improves the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).     Abstract: A proxy connected to a terminal device in a public network and to two servers in a private network is provided. The first server has a first domain name identifiable in the private network and a predetermined domain name identifiable in the public network, and the second server has a second domain name identifiable in the private network. When receiving an access request from the terminal device, which was sent from the predetermined domain name to the second domain name, the proxy replaces the predetermined domain name with the first domain name and forwards the access request to the second server. When receiving an access response from the second server, which was sent from the second domain name to the first domain name, the proxy replaces the first domain name with the predetermined domain name and forwards the access response to the terminal device.
