Abstract: A semiconductor chip includes a first intellectual property block. There are a second intellectual property block and a third intellectual property block around the first intellectual property block. There is a multiple metal layer stack over the first intellectual property block, the second intellectual property block, and the third intellectual property block. An interconnect structure is situated in the upper portion of the multiple metal layer stack. The interconnect structure is configured for connecting the first intellectual property block and the second intellectual property block. In addition, at least a part of the interconnect structure extends across and over the third intellectual property block.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method of manufacturing a lysin protein capable of directly lysing Acinetobacter baumannii without pretreatment processing using chloroform or EDTA, comprising: transforming an expression plasmid into E. coli, wherein the expression plasmid is deposited at DSMA-Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen and Zellkulturen with deposit number DSM32023; expressing the expressing plasmid by the E. coli to form lysin protein having an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6; lysing the E. coli containing the lysing protein to obtain a supernatant by centrifugating the E. coli lysate; mixing the supernatant and Ni2+ resins, washing the unbound protein by a binding buffer containing 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.2), 15 mM MgCl2, 20% (v/v) glycerol, 0.05% ?-ME and 0.1 mM PMSF; and eluting the purified lysing protein by an elution buffer containing 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.2), 15 mM MgCl2, 20% (v/v) glycerol, 0.05% ?-ME, 0.1 mM PMSF and 250 mM imidazole.

Abstract: The invention discloses a purified lysin protein for lysing Acinetobacter baumannii cells without pretreatment process using chloroform or EDTA. The purified lysin protein includes a first peptide fragment and a second peptide fragment. Abstract: A water filter of stainless steel material is intended for use in a drinking water machine and is composed of a plurality of hollow filtration cylinders and hollow support cylinders. The filtration cylinders are different in diameter and have a minutely perforated periphery capable of separating solid particles and impurities from water. The support cylinders are different in diameter and are provided respectively with a periphery having a plurality of through holes. The support cylinders are dimensioned differently such that they can be fitted into one another, and that they can be fitted into the filtration cylinders, and further that one of the support cylinders is smallest in diameter and is provided at the top end thereof with a threaded portion engageable with a nut for fastening the filtration cylinders and the support cylinders together securely.
