Based on the anonymous input toggle being turned on, it is detected that the user has submitted anonymous feedback data with respect to the one or more input mechanisms. The anonymous feedback data is stored in a database such that identifying information about the user is inaccessible to one or more other users. One or more specialized user interfaces are provided to the one or more other users for submitting a reply to the anonymous feedback. The one or more specialized user interfaces are configured to not present the identifying information. The user is notified, via one or more additional specialized user interfaces, of the submitting of the reply to the anonymous feedback.

The device also includes a user interface through which a primary user and not other users can specify the subset of the plurality of applications to be included in the record. A processor is operatively associated with the memory unit, the database and the user interface.
