Abstract: A method of collecting anonymous feedback is disclosed. An anonymous input toggle is associated with one or more input mechanisms. Based on the anonymous input toggle being turned on, it is detected that the user has submitted anonymous feedback data with respect to the one or more input mechanisms. The anonymous feedback data is stored in a database such that identifying information about the user is inaccessible to one or more other users. One or more specialized user interfaces are provided to the one or more other users for submitting a reply to the anonymous feedback. The one or more specialized user interfaces are configured to not present the identifying information. The user is notified, via one or more additional specialized user interfaces, of the submitting of the reply to the anonymous feedback.

Abstract: A thermal insulated delivery bag is configured for use with both hot and cold food delivery. The bag converts shape from a horizontal configuration to a vertical (tote) configuration which may optimize use depending on the type of food to be transported. For example, the horizontal configuration may accommodate large flat items while the vertical configuration may accommodate other items, which may be divided into separate internal sections by a divider. The bag includes a divider system to accommodate change in the size of two or more separate internal sections (e.g., segregating cold and hot items). The divider system enables movement/repositioning to change the size of the internal sections while maintaining a substantial thermal isolation of each internal section. In some embodiments, the divider may be held in a position/orientation by coupling of magnets to one or more ferrous strips in the bag.

The protected mode is designed for a user (e.g., child or friend borrowing the device) who can potentially use the device with setting that are configured under the primary user's (e.g. parent, device administrator) supervision. The device also includes a user interface through which a primary user and not other users can specify the subset of the plurality of applications to be included in the record. A processor is operatively associated with the memory unit, the database and the user interface.
