Abstract: Systems and methods for funding a risk pairing of a fundable business and a beneficiary for presentation to investors and crowdfunding backers. The suppliers of funds channel the funds through a crowdfunding portal, or broker, to provide debt to the fundable business. During designated times, all or a portion of the repayments may be returned to the investor by the beneficiary through the crowdfunding portal. This allows the investor to supply funds to the business without the investor directly lending to the business. It also allows the business to borrow funds without a subsequent repayment by the business.
