  • Publication number: 20250252419
Abstract: In some implementations, a terminal device may obtain exchange information associated with an exchange initiated at the terminal device. The exchange information may identify a medium used in the exchange. The terminal device may be configured to present a terminal-side user interface for performing a signing operation of the exchange. The terminal device may selectively obtain user information associated with the medium used in the exchange. The user information may identify a user device associated with the medium. The terminal device may transmit, to the user device and based on obtaining the user information, presentation information that identifies content for a user-side user interface for performing the signing operation at the user device. The terminal device may receive, from the user device, signing information associated with a performance of the signing operation at the user device via the user-side user interface.

  • Patent number: 12217259
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to improved user authentication to verify transaction legitimacy. An exemplary system may send a request for a current image to a mobile device associated with a user. The request may include an indication of a requested action to be performed by the user. The system may classify an action depicted in the current image obtained in response to the request. A determination may be made as to whether the depicted action corresponds to the requested action based on the classification. When it does correspond, the system may compare facial feature(s) recognized in obtained past image(s) associated with the user to a facial feature(s) recognized in the current image to determine when the user is depicted in both the past image(s) and the current image. When the user is depicted in both the past image(s) and the current image, the system may allow the transaction to proceed.

  • Patent number: 12192211
Abstract: In some implementations, a server device may receive, from a client device, a login credential associated with a user and a request to access a resource. The server device may identify a confidant associated with the user and a confidant device associated with the confidant, wherein the confidant device is different from a user device associated with the user. The server device may transmit, to the confidant device, a request to verify an identity of the user. The server device may determine whether a verification of the identity of the user is received from the confidant device. The server device may grant or deny access to the resource based on determining whether the verification of the identity of the user is received from the confidant device.

  • Patent number: 11847575
Abstract: A dynamic reasoning system may include a symbolic reasoning engine that iteratively calls a dynamic rule generator to answer an input query. The symbolic reasoning engine may determine a primary goal and/or secondary goals to generate proofs for the answer. The symbolic reasoning engine may call a rules component to provide rules to prove a current input goal. The rules component may use a static rule knowledge base and/or the dynamic rule generator to retrieve and rank rules relevant to the current input goal. The dynamic rule generator may generate new rules that lead to the current input goal. The dynamic rule generator may include a statistical model that generates unstructured or structured probabilistic rules based on context related to the input query. The symbolic reasoning engine may return a list of rules with confidence for explaining the answer to the input goal.

  • Patent number: 11720611
Abstract: Generating textual entailment pair by a natural language processing (NLP) system. The NLP system receives two input texts, such as a question and a candidate answer. The NLP system queries a database and retrieves passages likely to include text that support the candidate answer. The NLP system generates parse trees and performs term matching on the passages and scores them according to the matching. The NLP system detects anchor pairs in the question and in the passage and aligns subgraphs (within the parse trees) of one to the other based on matching. The NLP system identifies aligned terms in the question and the passage that are not in the aligned subgraphs. The NLP system identifies text fragments, for the question and the passage, within the non-aligned segments of their respective parse trees, that connect the aligned term to the aligned portion of the subgraph.

  • Publication number: 20230065342
Abstract: Systems as described herein may use computer-readable code to extend access to an account. A delegation server may receive a predetermined limit and an activity period associated with an account from a first user who is an account holder. A virtual number may be generated with a reference to the account. The delegation server may encrypt the virtual number and generate a computer-readable code based on the virtual number. The computer-readable may be provided to a digital wallet of a second user to delegate the second user to have temporary access to the underlying account. The second user may then use the temporary access to the underlying account to make one or more purchases in accordance with the restrictions put in place by the accountholder.
