In still other embodiments, the sides are separable from the base and the teething rail cover is separable from the sides. A rail cover includes a rail cover base and at least one pair of fastener straps extending from one side of the rail cover base. The rail cover may also include tie straps and corresponding slits, fastener pads, or loops on the rail cover base. Methods of assembly of the bumper pad and rail cover are also disclosed.
