The bag includes a back panel coupled to a base and first and second side panels. A changing mat is coupled to the base and the first and second side panels. The changing mat defines a front panel when folded, and a changing surface when unfolded. A top cover is coupled to the back panel, the top cover being openable/closeable to uncover/cover an interior of the bag. At least one connector is coupled to one of the back panel, first/second side panel, base, top cover, or changing mat. The adapter includes a base strap coupled to first and second extension straps. The adapter being configured to attach to a supporting structure, and being removably couplable to the at least one connector of the bag.
