Abstract: A self-governed data exchange system is disclosed to price data elements and aggregate data on a self-governed data exchange. Combining data from a variety of IoT domains will lower storage and administration costs for data generators as well as standardize the ability to query and monetize the data. Also, data will be more readily available to third parties allowing for higher overall revenue back to the data providers.

Abstract: A patient assist handle includes an outer frame member, an inner frame member positioned within the outer frame member, a support post connected to the outer frame member, the support post having a first end and an opposing second end, a rotation actuator provided on the first end of the support post, the rotation actuator allowing rotation of the patient assist handle about a first rotation axis, and a release mechanism provided on the second end of the support post, the release mechanism allowing rotation of the patient assist handle about a second rotation axis.

In one representative embodiment an image forming device receives a document for printing and prints at least a portion of the document monochromatically or in color. Whether the portion of the document is printed monochromatically or in color is based upon the print mode setting associated with the document and the state of the print mode actuator of the image forming device.

Abstract: Input devices are provided. An exemplary input device for a computer comprises a housing, a position-determining system and a trackball. The position-determining system is mounted to the housing, and is operative to determine movement of the housing and to provide a first output corresponding to the movement of the housing. The trackball is mounted to the housing and is operative to rotate and to provide a second output corresponding to rotation of the trackball. Computer systems and other input devices also are provided.
