  • Patent number: 11961414
Abstract: The present specification discloses an entertainment/educational system having one or more interactive stations having associated systems comprising apparatus and activities that demonstrate various physical phenomenon. Each interactive station comprises a different system featuring differing apparatus that provides users the ability to form various types and numbers of bubbles that the users can experience and interact with. User progression and interaction with a particular set of/order of interactive stations is correlated with lessons about physical phenomena exemplified by the bubbles made at a particular station of the total stations visited. The lessons may be further enhanced by information provided to users via a poster, handout, booklet or other informative media or information provided by a guide/attendant escorting user(s) through the set of stations.

  • Publication number: 20240114218
Abstract: Aspects discussed herein relate to systems, apparatuses, and methods to identify points of interest of viewers of a content item concurrently being transmitted in a linear stream to the viewers. A point of interest may refer to a segment of the content item that caused a surge in user reactions. During a subsequent transmission of the content item, identified points of interests may be displayed to the viewer. The viewer may select the point of interest in the content item to begin playback of the point of interest in the content item.

  • Publication number: 20240052328
Abstract: Provided in some aspects are epigenetic-modifying DNA-targeting systems, such as CRISPR-Cas/guide RNA (gRNA) systems for the transcriptional repression of genes to promote a cellular phenotype that leads to reduction of low-density lipoprotein (LDL). In some embodiments, the epigenetic-modifying DNA-targeting systems bind to or target a target site of at least one gene or regulatory element thereof that regulate LDL. In some embodiments, the systems are multiplexed systems that bind to or target a target site in at least two genes or regulatory elements thereof. Also provided herein are methods and uses related to the provided epigenetic-modifying DNA targeting systems in connection with treatments for cardiovascular disease and familial hypercholesterolemia.

  • Publication number: 20220307015
Abstract: Disclosed herein are compositions, methods, and systems for selecting a polynucleotide for activity as a neuronal-specific transcription factor. The system may include a polynucleotide encoding a reporter protein and a pan-neuronal marker, a Gas protein, and a library of guide RNAs (gRNAs) targeting putative transcription factors. Further provided are methods of screening for a neuronal-specific transcription factor.
