    Abstract: An organizing device provides a stand for hanging items thereon. The stand includes a base for supporting the stand in a generally vertical orientation during operation. A pivoting hang rod supports items thereon and further may provide support of the stand in a generally vertical orientation. The hang rod pivots to an extended position for supporting items thereon and to a position adjacent a support member when not in use. The stand may also provide rotatable operation.
