Abstract: A computational evidence platform extracts clinical concepts from medical evidence sources and creates a database of elemental diagnostic factors and elemental investigations links to medical conditions. Input from a person groups factors and investigations makes corrections and adds a ranking Elemental factors and investigations do not include information specific to their associated conditions but include synonyms and a link to a medical ontology. A patient state is determined by extracting patient known diagnostic factors and investigation results from the patient chart. These known factors and results are matched to the database and a ranking of likely conditions are output. Next-best actions per condition are output by determining factors not yet known and investigations not yet performed. Next-best actions across conditions are determined by performing a recursive tree search of the database and assuming that unknown factors are now known to generate a score for each assumption.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating transient object references are provided. The systems and methods perform operations including establishing a session between a first entity and a second entity. The operations include identifying an object that the first entity is authorized to access according to a first set of access privileges. The operations include generating a reference associated with the object. The operations include temporarily authorizing the second entity to access the object using the reference according to a second set of access privileges, the second set of access privileges being derived from the first set of access privileges.

Abstract: Exemplary survey systems and methods include a survey server and a survey application. The survey application may be installed, or otherwise executable, on remote computing devices. The survey server may deliver surveys to the remote computing devices through the survey application. An exemplary survey includes at least one quantitative query coupled with at least one qualitative query. The quantitative query may be associated with two or more predetermined answer options. The qualitative query may provide an option to include a user-provided entry. For example, the user-provided entry may be a video or audio recording captured by the remote computing device running the mobile survey application. The mobile survey application may transmit the survey response, including with the user-provided entry, and the user location back to the survey server for analysis or display. Other embodiments of the survey systems and methods are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: The invention provides dry compositions which when dissolved in water exhibit unexpectedly high antibacterial activity. The compositions comprise at least two of the following ingredients (a) to (d): (a) ascorbic acid and/or its salts (b) malic acid and/or tartaric acid and/or their salts (c) sodium saccharin and/or calcium saccharin (d) sodium benzoate and/or benzoic acid.
