Abstract: The present invention is directed to a wearable sanitary napkin having a front panel having an absorbent sanitary napkin and one or more straps for attachment to the body. In one embodiment, the front panel is substantially triangular in shape and the straps are connected to the corners of the triangle to form a thong style underwear. In still another embodiment, the wearable sanitary napkins are made of inexpensive material so that they are disposable. The absorbent sanitary napkins panties can be made with different levels of absorptive capacity and can be in different configurations and designs.
