  • Publication number: 20240093213
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for delivering a substance, optionally a compound, vector or nanomaterial, to a plant. The process comprises providing a plant application medium comprising a substance, a carrier medium and micro- and/or nanobubbles of at least one gas; and applying the plant application medium to a locus of a plant. The substance enters at least one plant tissue of the plant. The substance may be one or more substances for inducing a change in a phenotype, chemistry or physiology of a plant, for example an epigenetic regulator. The present invention also relates to a system for delivering a substance to a plant and to media to be applied to a plant.

  • Publication number: 20240086025
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a graphical user interface (GUI) arranged to convey information related to the IVUS images and lesion assessment and provide for the user to manipulate the information. The GUIs can be generated to include a cross-section view without assessments post recording of IVUS images and to depict assessments after navigation through frames of the IVUS images.

  • Publication number: 20240081785
Abstract: The present disclosure provides to process intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) images to identify key frames such as the proximal key frame, a distal key frame, and a minimal key frame from the IVUS images based on the raw lumen area, vessel area, and plaque burden. Ones of the key frames can be re-identified based on manipulation of other ones of the key frames.

  • Publication number: 20240070625
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for generating and authenticating use of a voucher associated with a resource in a distributed network. A distribution authentication system, like that described herein, is configured to generate a resource voucher based on a resource distribution from a transferor account to a recipient account, the resource voucher comprising an expiration period; receive a request for a voucher distribution; and authenticate, in response to receiving the request for the voucher distribution, whether the voucher distribution has met the expiration period, wherein, in the instance where the voucher distribution has met the expiration period, automatically redistribute the resource distribution to the transferor account.

  • Publication number: 20100173407
Abstract: There is provided a method of inhibiting gene expression by locating a 5?-5 donor splicing site sequence in the 3? UTR of a gene or within coding sequence containing the stop codon of a gene. Stability of homologous mRNA in trans is also adversely affected leading to a reduction in expression. A polynucleotide containing a 5?-donor splicing site sequence in either coding sequence containing the stop codon or the 3? UTR is also provided and in one embodiment is in the form of a vector. The 5?-donor splicing site sequence can be present in multiple copies, for example as a tandem repeat. In one embodiment the 5-donor splicing site sequence has the sequence 5?-MAGGTRAGTA-3? where M is A or C and R is A or G.
