  • Publication number: 20240095135
Abstract: Efficient and effective testing systems and methods are presented. In one embodiment, a testing system includes: a user interface configured to enable user interaction with the system; a test board configured to communicatively couple with a plurality of devices under test (DUTs), wherein the DUTs are compute express link (CXL) protocol compliant; and a tester configured to direct testing of the plurality of DUTs, wherein the tester manages testing of the plurality of DUTs, including managing CXL protocol aspects of the testing. In one exemplary implementation, the tester prevents testing of a first one of the plurality of DUTs from detrimentally interfering with testing of a second one of the plurality of DUTs.

In one exemplary implementation, the DUTs are memory devices and the DUTs can operate as extended memory. The user interface can be utilized to indicate a pause to remove a DUT and to indicate a DUT has been added and to trigger a re-start. The added one of the plurality of DUTs can be automatically recognized by a host in a way that is transparent to users. The tester automatically directs the hot add in response to a user trigger.

  • Publication number: 20230060542
Abstract: A method and apparatus evaluates a map for autonomous driving. The method acquires pixel points of lane lines of a road in a static map; acquires pixel points of lane lines of the road in a real-time map; forms first fitted curves of the lane lines in the static map by fitting the acquired pixel points of the lane lines in the static map respectively; forms second fitted curves of the lane lines in the real-time map by fitting the acquired pixel points of the lane lines in the real-time map respectively; calculates fitted-curve-similarities between the first fitted curves and the corresponding second fitted curves; and evaluates the consistency of the static map and the real-time map based on the fitted-curve-similarities.

  • Patent number: 9198648
Abstract: A wound closure assembly and method for its use. The wound closure assembly includes a curved inserter having a distal end and a proximal end, a filamentary element extending between a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is coupled to the proximal end of the curved inserter, a first anchor coupled to the filamentary element between its first and second ends, and a second anchor positioned at the distal end of the filamentary element. The filamentary element is configured to form a slip knot between the first and second anchors so as to enable the distance between the first and second anchors to be decreased by pulling on the proximal end of the filamentary element. The distal end of the curved inserter is received within a channel in the first anchor that extends along its longitudinal length.

  • Patent number: 8747436
Abstract: Surgical sutures having a core extending along a length thereof between a first end and a second end, and a plurality of sets of first and second projections, wherein the first projections extend in a direction of a first end of the suture and the second projections extend in a direction of a second end of the suture. The first projections may be sized and shaped, and positioned relative to the second projections so as to be capable of substantially shielding the second projections when the surgical suture is drawn through tissue by the second end thereof. The first projections may additionally or alternatively be capable of overlapping and substantially covering a distal end of the respective second projections when the suture is drawn through tissue by the second end.
