  • Publication number: 20250121068
Abstract: The present invention relates to molecules, pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease or condition caused by an insufficient degradation of proteins by the proteasome system. The present invention particularly relates to a bispecific binding molecule, wherein said compound is an effective stimulator of the 20S core particle (CP) of the proteasome.

  • Patent number: 11062929
Abstract: A device for treating substrates by a treating liquid has at least one rotatably supported support roller which a substrate to be treated rests on during operation. The support roller has a hollow cylinder having a porous rigid material which the substrate to be treated rests on during operation. The device is configured to deliver, during operation, treating liquid via the interior of the hollow cylinder of the at least one support roller through the porous rigid material to the external surface of the hollow cylinder in order to treat at least one surface of the substrate by the treating liquid. The device is configured to treat several substrates in the form of plate-shaped separate wafers arranged one behind the other and/or next to one another in the device, by the treating liquid and to transport the substrates in a transport plane during the treatment.

  • Publication number: 20130160279
Abstract: A process cap for protecting a top side of a flat substrate includes a cap and a seal. The seal is circumferentially arranged on a circumferential rim of the cap such that the cap effects a liquid-tight and vapor-tight closure between cap and flat substrate when the cap is fitted on a top side of the flat substrate. The process cap touches the flat substrate only in a circumferential rim area of the same, when it is fitted on the flat substrate and defines a fluid-tight space without any openings between process cap and flat substrate.

  • Publication number: 20100279017
Abstract: A device for coating a product includes a provider for providing a liquid containing reagents necessitated for coating. Additionally, the device comprises a transporter for contacting the surface of the product to be coated with the liquid and passing same by the liquid such that the surface to be coated remains in contact with the liquid for a predetermined period of time so as to effect coating thereof.

  • Publication number: 20020183249
Abstract: The present invention relates to polypeptides which comprise the ligand binding domain of Cdc25, crystalline forms of these polypeptides and the use of these crystalline forms to determine the three dimensional structure of the catalytic domain of Cdc25. The invention also relates to the use of the three dimensional structure of the Cdc25 catalytic domain in methods of designing and/or identifying potential inhibitors of Cdc25 activity, for example, compounds which inhibit the binding of a native substrate to the Cdc25 catalytic domain.
