Abstract: A knee bandage is provided comprising a bandage base element and at least one massage pelotte. The bandage base element includes a central kneecap region, a thigh region and a lower leg region. The massage pelotte is fixed in the massage region of the base element and has massage elements oriented inwards towards the leg. The massage region is located in the thigh region and is allocated to a trigger point or trigger region of the musculus vastus lateralis.
