    Abstract: An egg processing machine comprises egg breaking units positioned above egg collecting units and an albumen recovery device. The units are moved in pairs with a vertical distance between the two units through an egg breaking section where the egg breaking unit breaks the egg shell and albumen and yolk fall down in the egg collecting unit. An albumen recovery device comprises a rotating body catching albumen drippings with possible stringers before the egg shell is discharged.
