  • Patent number: 8689564
Abstract: A fossil-fueled power station including a steam turbine is provided. A steam generator is mounted downstream of the steam turbine via a steam return line and a carbon dioxide separation device. The carbon dioxide separation device is connected to the steam return line via a process steam line and a backpressure steam turbine is mounted into the process steam line.

  • Publication number: 20110308255
Abstract: A combined cycle power plant with integrated coal gasification is provided. The power plant includes a gas turbine, a fuel system connected upstream of a combustion chamber of the gas turbine, which includes a gasification device for fossil fuel and a gas line branching off from the gasification device and opening out into the combustion chamber of the gas turbine, whereby a saturator for saturating the fuel with steam is connected into the gas line upstream of the combustion chamber, whereby a flushing line is provided which opens into the gas line between the gasification device and saturator.

  • Publication number: 20110283710
Abstract: A synthesis gas-based fuel system with a main synthesis gas pipe which branches off a gasification device and ends at a transfer point is described. The main gas pipe is connected to a burner. A device for admixing a second fuel and, downstream there from in a direction of flow of a synthesis gas, a mixing device are arranged within the main synthesis gas pipe. Further, a method for operating the synthesis gas-based fuel system for rapid load changes in a synthesis gas-operated gas turbine is provided.
