  • Patent number: 10053824
Abstract: A road building machine wherein the danger of material falling out as the supply container is loaded is avoided. For this it is proposed that the container halves each have at least one shield which can be moved away as the container halves are folded up. Road building machines, more particularly road pavers and feeders are supplied with road building material from trucks, and, in order to receive the road building material the road building machines have supply containers with two movable container halves, and, when the supply container is filled, the invention helps prevents road building material from falling out from the supply container.

  • Patent number: 7559410
Abstract: An electric drive for a parking brake is disclosed, the brake having a rotationally driven screw nut which is in engagement with two spindles which are aligned with one another, have threads running in opposite directions, and which are fixed in the rotational direction, can be moved in a translatory fashion and are each provided with a cable holder for connecting to brake elements. Here, one of the two spindles is a hollow spindle whose internal diameter is greater than the external diameter of the other spindle so that when the screw nut rotates, the spindle on one side can be retracted in a telescopic fashion into the hollow spindle on the other side.

  • Patent number: 6523376
Abstract: A lock suitable for use in a motor vehicle door has a rotary latch, a locking wedge, a pawl, a setting device, and a transmission device wherein the rotary latch cooperates with the locking wedge to be locked in a locking position by the pawl. Upon actuation of a manipulator, the setting device brings the pawl electrically at least into one opening position. The transmission device brings the pawl into its opening position by actuation of the manipulator over a displacement range which is greater than a displacement range of an electric unlocking.

  • Patent number: 6279361
Abstract: A lock, suitable for use in a car door, has a rotary latch which cooperates with a locking wedge, or the like, and can be locked by a locking pawl in a locking position. The pawl is actuatable by a setting device for bringing the rotary latch at least into an open position. In order to provide a lock which is of improved efficiency and is both compact in construction and operates reliably, transmission elements are arranged between the pawl and the setting device for transmitting movement of the setting device, in stepped-down fashion, to the pawl.
